Oracle Agile PLM

Oracle Agile PLM is a comprehensive set of integrated applications to enable effective product lifecycle management in its all aspects from developing, launching and servicing to disposing. Due to the high configurability and extensibility it is possible to meet the unique process needs in various industries. The application is accessed by the web browser interface which is independent of end-user platform.

Item revisioning, or even particular component parts simplifies product management and minimizes potential error occurrence during every phase of a product lifecycle. Owing to both wide range of possible configuration authorization and personalized decision paths (workflow) a customer can fully control and manage a change during the production process. By defining parameters of particular components it is possible to search for alternatives, whereas setting the ranking enables defining quality parameters CTQ (critical to quality) or others (compliance).

Supplier portal

Supplier Portal is the application that structures all supplier communication shaping company’s ‘ecosystem’. It enables creating requests for quotations and evaluating supplier responses electronically. Analytical tools in AgilePLM evaluate the best supplier according to the chosen criteria (e.g., time/price) or user-specified ones.  Such evaluation facilitates advanced production risk management simultaneously appointing the most favorable BATNA alternative (Best Alternative to Negotiated Ageetiment). Furthermore, the application minimizes the risk of parts shortage.
